Role description
Summary
Our client is an award-winning Western Canadian hospitality group with a collection of upscale hotels, mountain resorts, restaurants and guest experiences in some of the country's most desirable leisure and urban destinations. Known for creating memorable stays, distinctive dining experiences and highly rated properties, the organization has built an enviable reputation for service, quality and genuine hospitality. Its portfolio spans vibrant city hotels, sought-after mountain destinations and established food and beverage concepts, with several businesses consistently recognized among the strongest performers in their respective markets.
At the heart of that success is a people-first culture. The organization has earned recognition for both the guest experience it delivers and the workplace it has created, offering an environment where talented hospitality professionals can contribute, grow and have a meaningful impact. As the portfolio continues to evolve, our client is seeking a creative, commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to elevate its digital presence and bring its brands and experiences to life online.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who loves hospitality, travel, food and storytelling, but is equally energized by data, conversion and measurable results. You will help shape how guests discover the portfolio, choose where to stay and dine, and remain connected with the brands long after their visit. Working across multiple properties and concepts, you will have the opportunity to create campaigns that inspire travel, drive direct bookings, increase restaurant traffic and position each experience in a compelling and differentiated way.
