Role description
Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation and shipping. Optimize logistics and costs; manage supervisors, team leads and unionized employees across three shifts; control inventory and supply-demand balance; work with suppliers; maintain quality, food-safety and OHS standards; track KPIs and reporting; drive continuous improvement and a healthy, engaged work environment.
Qualifications
Five to eight years managing a warehouse, ideally food manufacturing; unionized-team leadership; continuous improvement and performance management; food hygiene/sanitation and safety knowledge; strong analysis and problem solving; excellent French and good English; MS Office; WMS experience is an asset.
Additional information
Permanent daytime Laval role, on-site. Compensation based on experience; 15–20% performance bonus; phone or allowance; 3–4 weeks vacation; group insurance including dental; group RRSP; discounted/free food; EAP; company events and parking.
