Role description
Lead manufacturing operations with strong emphasis on safety, communication and collaboration. Coordinate production, maintenance, quality, shipping and transportation; align teams with objectives and KPIs; build an excellence culture; coach managers and employees; participate in staffing and recruitment; manage performance and development; ensure product and food-safety standards; improve processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration, food science or related field, or equivalent experience; roughly 7–10 years in manufacturing operations leadership; food-industry or federally inspected environment is a major asset; coaching leadership; French and English; quality/food-safety standards; continuous improvement, KPIs and MS Office.
