Pinnacle Executive Search has been exclusively retained by our client, a respected and well-established general contractor, to find a Construction Project Manager for complex multi-residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Our client is looking for a project management professional who treats strong delivery as the result of sound process. You build realistic budgets and schedules, manage risk before it becomes cost, keep contract administration tight, and earn the trust of owners and consultants through steady, transparent communication. ## WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Lead your assigned projects from pre-construction through closeout, with full accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, cash flow, and cost forecasts, and report accurately on project health to senior leadership.
- Identify commercial and schedule risks early and put clear mitigation plans in place.
- Administer contracts, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress claims with precision and consistency.
- Act as the company’s primary representative to owners, consultants, and trade partners, building relationships based on trust and transparency.
- Lead and mentor project teams, working closely with site superintendents to keep planning and field execution aligned.
- Uphold a strong safety culture and support quality control, deficiency management, and a disciplined closeout and turnover process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by refining processes and sharing lessons learned across projects.

## MUST HAVES

- A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience on multi-residential, commercial, or institutional projects
- Proven success leading complex projects through every phase, from pre-construction to closeout
- Strong command of construction contracts, scheduling, cost control, and change management
- A process-driven approach to documentation, reporting, and project controls
- Polished, professional communication with clients, consultants, trades, and senior leadership
- Sound judgment and the ability to make well-reasoned decisions under pressure
