Dispatch Clerk

Are you a problem-solver who pays high attention to detail and enjoy providing back-end support? Step into a Dispatch Clerk role where you will assist the field technicians on their work assignments via phone communication and/or email. You will multi-task across systems and applications and assist the field technicians resolve a variety of tech tasks. If you’re a self-learner and have the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, then we’d love to hear from you!

## WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Liaise and communicate with field technicians while updating customer information in system
- Maintain accurate system records and support documentation regarding all customer accounts (hardware upgrades, equipment settings, etc.)
- Respond to requests from field technicians and follow through on requested actions
- Work together with other departments and technical staff as needed
- Other related duties as necessary

## MUST HAVES

- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent computer and technical skills
- Previous customer service experience (retail or call centre)
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Must have a flexible schedule to work a variety of shifts
