Responsibilities

• Prepare corporate documents for incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, restorations, dividends and related matters.
• Support share and asset purchase/sale transactions, reorganizations, financings and due diligence.
• Prepare and file BC and federal corporate-registry documentation.
• Conduct due-diligence searches, corporate reviews and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate corporate records and support the broader commercial team.

• Minimum 5 years of corporate-paralegal experience.
• Strong drafting, organization and transaction-management skills.
• Comfort with corporate registries, due-diligence searches and complex documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple corporate matters accurately and independently.
