Paid Media Manager

Smart, Savvy + Associates is recruiting a Paid Media Manager for a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving major entertainment, media and technology brands. The role is hands-on and focused on paid-media execution, optimization, attribution and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Analyze CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and traffic quality and adjust budgets, bidding, audiences and creative.
• Troubleshoot attribution and conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
• Plan testing strategies, collaborate with strategists and account teams, and communicate campaign performance and recommendations to clients.

5+ years of hands-on performance-marketing experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; deep campaign-optimization, audience, bidding, attribution and conversion-tracking knowledge; experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and CAPI; experience managing significant paid-media budgets; strong analytical and client-communication skills.

Full-time, fully remote within Canada. Total compensation approximately CAD 100,000–150,000 depending on experience and structure, with performance-based bonus opportunities and flexible vacation. The role may be structured as employee or independent contractor.
