Role description
General Manager opportunity with an established and growing print manufacturer. The role has overall responsibility for daily business operations and works with ownership and senior leadership on profitability, operational excellence and long-term growth. It leads production, sales, customer service, estimating, scheduling, purchasing, quality and administration; monitors financial and operational metrics; improves workflow and costs; supports capital-equipment decisions; strengthens customer and supplier relationships; and develops leaders across the organization.
Qualifications
Requires 10+ years of progressive leadership in print manufacturing with significant operations responsibility, strong commercial-print knowledge, prior GM/Operations/Plant leadership, financial and manufacturing acumen, production planning and estimating/costing experience, and a track record improving performance and accountability.
Additional information
