Role description
Pump Repair Coordinator role supporting a technical service operation. The position coordinates repair work from the service floor through successful completion, communicates with technical staff and customers, keeps projects moving, and requires enough hands-on pump and rotating-equipment knowledge to understand repair status, priorities and technical issues. The role combines technical understanding, customer communication, organization and day-to-day coordination.
Qualifications
Requires practical pump/rotating-equipment knowledge, technical credibility with service personnel and customers, organization and project follow-through. A university degree or college diploma in engineering, engineering technology or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education and relevant experience, is requested.
