About the opportunity
A Vancouver opportunity for a senior Project Manager working in ground improvement and geotechnical construction. The role combines technical project delivery, operational leadership and coordination of a small project-management group.
Key responsibilities
• Lead geotechnical and ground-improvement projects from planning through execution.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules and commercial performance.
• Coordinate technical and operational resources.
• Support strategy and day-to-day project decisions.
• Guide a small group of project managers and coordinators.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication.
• Help ensure projects meet safety, quality and delivery expectations.
Qualifications
What they are looking for
• Seven or more years of relevant local construction project-management experience.
• Civil engineering degree; P.Eng. is an asset.
• Knowledge of ground improvement, piling, slope stability or liquefaction.
• Familiarity with British Columbia construction and safety requirements.
• Strong project, client and team-management skills.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
Additional information
