Role description
About the opportunity
Vaco is recruiting three Production Controllers — two junior and one intermediate — for a technology and engineering organization in Montréal. The role supports production scheduling, material readiness and workflow coordination across production teams.
Key responsibilities
• Release and track production orders.
• Coordinate materials, documentation and equipment readiness.
• Monitor shortages and help expedite critical items.
• Support production meetings and priority planning.
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions and production records.
• Follow up on non-conformances and ongoing production activities.
The position is on-site in Montréal and is intended for candidates who can work effectively in a fast-paced production environment with changing priorities.
Qualifications
• DEC in a related field.
• Junior level: 0–2 years of experience; intermediate level: 2–5 years.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual French and English, written and spoken.
