Vice-President – Philanthropic Development

Executive role responsible for the overall strategy and performance of philanthropic development at Fondation Santé Outaouais.

Key responsibilities:
• Define strategies for major gifts, planned giving, annual giving, partnerships and sponsorships.
• Build and advance the philanthropic pipeline.
• Lead, mobilize and develop the team.
• Manage relationships with donors, companies, foundations and partners.
• Own revenue targets, performance indicators and the department budget.

• University degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in philanthropy, business development or revenue development, including significant management experience.
• Proven success developing revenue strategies and leading teams.
• Excellent French and good English.
• CFRE certification is considered an asset.
• Own vehicle required.
