Role description
Senior executive role at Université du Québec en Outaouais, responsible for research, creation and institutional development in the Laurentides.
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee the research and creation deanery, international affairs, library and Galerie UQO.
• Develop research and creation strategies, policies and partnerships.
• Support funding, knowledge transfer and scientific collaboration.
• Provide strategic leadership for the Saint-Jérôme campus.
• Represent the University with external partners and institutions.
Qualifications
• Doctorate required.
• Significant experience as a university professor.
• Proven people-management and strategic leadership experience in a university environment.
• Deep understanding of the university sector and the Université du Québec network.
• Strong planning, communication, judgment, innovation and mobilization skills.
