Vice-President – Finance and Compliance

Executive role reporting to the CEO of Fondation Santé Outaouais. The mandate combines financial leadership, risk and compliance oversight, internal controls, liquidity, investments and fund management, plus governance of the allocation process.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead financial, budget and forecasting planning.
• Oversee financial reporting, audits and internal controls.
• Advise leadership on risks, investments and financial decisions.
• Oversee fund allocations, assets and strategic relations with Santé Québec Outaouais.
• Lead and develop the team.

• University degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant financial-management experience, including senior leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, internal controls and risk management.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Excellent French and good English.
