Role description
A Canadian private-equity real-estate investment firm is seeking a Manager of Finance to support fund reporting, investor activities, treasury and budgeting. Responsibilities include monthly and quarterly reporting, consolidated fund results, year-end audit support, ASPE financial statements, annual budgets, capital calls and distributions, investor statements, treasury and cash-flow forecasting, debt compliance and analysis for asset-management and investment teams.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in finance, business or commerce. Four to six years or more of experience. Completed CPA designation. Real-estate experience is preferred. Working knowledge of financial statements and related notes; ASPE and IFRS familiarity is an asset.
Additional information
