Role overview

Permanent remote Ontario claims role managing automobile claims from first notice through investigation, evaluation, negotiation and resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned auto claims through the full claim lifecycle.
• Investigate loss details, assess coverage and evaluate claim information.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide a strong service experience during stressful situations.
• Negotiate and resolve claims within authority and policy guidelines.
• Coordinate with technical specialists, vendors and internal partners when required.
• Maintain accurate file documentation and meet compliance/service standards.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Relevant automobile-claims handling experience.
• Strong investigation, negotiation, customer-service and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with specialists.
• Sound judgment and ability to manage a varied claims inventory.

Compensation
