Role overview
Permanent supervisory role responsible for billing operations, workflow quality and team performance in a professional finance environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day billing activities and ensure accurate, timely invoicing.
- Review billing exceptions, resolve discrepancies and maintain process controls.
- Coach and support billing staff and help balance team workload.
- Partner with finance and operational stakeholders on billing issues and improvements.
- Support reporting, reconciliation and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Maintain service standards and appropriate documentation.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Relevant billing, accounts-receivable or finance-operations experience.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working with ERP/billing systems and spreadsheets.
- Ability to communicate effectively across finance and business teams.
Informations complémentaires
Compensation
Public salary range: CAD 75,000–85,000.
