Role overview

Permanent financial-operations position supporting commission processing, reconciliations, tax administration, accounts payable and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Process and reconcile commissions and related financial transactions.
• Support tax administration and accounts-payable oversight.
• Maintain controls, reporting accuracy and audit readiness.
• Investigate discrepancies and improve financial-operating procedures.
• Support or supervise team activity where required.
• Use Excel-based analysis to manage reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Approximately five years of relevant securities, finance or financial-operations experience.
• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Strong Excel capability, including advanced functions such as pivots/macros where applicable.
• Strong attention to detail, control discipline and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to work across operational and finance stakeholders.

Compensation

Public salary range: CAD 65,000–75,000.
