Role overview
Permanent financial-operations position supporting commission processing, reconciliations, tax administration, accounts payable and internal controls.
Key responsibilities
- Process and reconcile commissions and related financial transactions.
- Support tax administration and accounts-payable oversight.
- Maintain controls, reporting accuracy and audit readiness.
- Investigate discrepancies and improve financial-operating procedures.
- Support or supervise team activity where required.
- Use Excel-based analysis to manage reconciliations and reporting.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Approximately five years of relevant securities, finance or financial-operations experience.
- Professional fluency in French and English.
- Strong Excel capability, including advanced functions such as pivots/macros where applicable.
- Strong attention to detail, control discipline and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to work across operational and finance stakeholders.
Additional information
Compensation
Public salary range: CAD 65,000–75,000.
