Role description
Role overview
Permanent supervisory position overseeing credit and collections activity, account follow-up and team execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead credit and collections workflows and ensure timely follow-up on receivables.
- Review higher-risk or escalated accounts and support resolution strategies.
- Coach team members and monitor service, productivity and account-management quality.
- Partner with finance and business stakeholders on credit issues and customer accounts.
- Support reporting, controls and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and consistent collection practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Relevant credit, collections or accounts-receivable experience.
- Supervisory or team-lead experience.
- Strong judgment, communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfort using financial systems and Excel-based reporting.
- Ability to manage escalations while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Additional information
Compensation
Public salary range: CAD 75,000–85,000.
