Warehouse Associate with Forklift

Role overview

ABL Employment is hiring warehouse associates with forklift experience in Hamilton for a global industry leader. The position combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with forklift operation, covering order preparation and material movement across shipping and receiving activities. The client can provide in-house forklift certification for experienced operators who do not currently hold a certificate.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately.
• Load and unload stock and move product through the warehouse.
• Operate forklift equipment as required by the assignment.
• Support general warehouse, shipping and receiving activities.
• Follow site safety, quality and productivity requirements.

• Warehouse/shipping experience and forklift-operating experience.
• Forklift certification is not mandatory if the candidate has experience; in-house certification is available.
• Own vehicle is required because public transit is not available to the site.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Availability for the posted full-time compressed workweek schedule.

Hamilton role paying $19.05/hour, paid weekly. Full-time schedules are either three 12-hour shifts Friday through Sunday or four 12-hour shifts Monday through Thursday. RBB uses the individual ABL job page as the exact destination.
