Role overview
Akkodis is recruiting a senior full-stack developer in Toronto for an integration-heavy enterprise assignment. The position combines Java development with API and middleware integration and works with technologies such as MuleSoft, Apache Camel, OpenShift and Kubernetes to connect business applications in a secure and maintainable way.
Responsibilities
- Develop Java-based services and full-stack application components.
- Design and implement APIs and enterprise integration flows.
- Work with MuleSoft, Apache Camel or comparable middleware technologies.
- Deploy and troubleshoot services in OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
- Support CI/CD, testing, operational reliability and production issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Senior Java and enterprise integration experience.
- Strong API-development and integration-pattern knowledge.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Apache Camel or equivalent middleware.
- OpenShift/Kubernetes and DevOps delivery experience.
- Ability to work across application, platform and infrastructure teams.
