Senior Program Manager

Role overview

Akkodis is recruiting a Senior Program Manager in Toronto to lead complex digital-health initiatives involving systems such as electronic medical records, eReferral and patient-facing portals. The position coordinates governance, delivery, funding, stakeholders and dependencies across large multi-party programs where clinical, operational and technology objectives must stay aligned.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery for complex digital-health programs.
• Coordinate governance, scope, schedules, risks, budgets and funding requirements.
• Manage dependencies across technology, clinical and operational workstreams.
• Engage senior stakeholders, vendors and public-sector partners.
• Drive status reporting, issue resolution and decision-making across the program.

• Approximately seven to ten years of senior program-management experience.
• Experience with large digital-health or healthcare-transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of EMR, eReferral, portals or related health-system technologies is valuable.
• Strong governance, funding, stakeholder-management and risk-management capability.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex public or enterprise environments.
