Role overview
Akkodis is recruiting a senior full-stack software developer in Toronto for a temporary/contract assignment supporting large enterprise web applications. The role spans front-end and back-end development, microservices and API integration and requires an engineer who can work through design, implementation, testing and release activities in a complex delivery environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack web application features.
- Develop and integrate APIs and microservices.
- Work across front-end, server-side and data-access layers.
- Participate in code review, automated testing, troubleshooting and deployment.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, security and DevOps stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Senior full-stack software-development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong web-application, API and microservices background.
- Experience with modern software architecture and DevOps delivery practices.
- Knowledge of application security and scalable enterprise integration.
- Ability to work in Toronto for the assignment requirements.
