Powder Coater | Spray painter

Manufacturing role in Richmond Hill preparing metal and other surfaces and applying powder coating.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, sand and mask surfaces before coating.
• Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment.
• Cure coated parts in ovens to achieve a durable finish.
• Operate routine hand and power tools.
• Inspect finished parts against company quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with production team members to meet output targets.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience applying powder coatings or industrial finishes in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning, sanding, masking and other surface-preparation techniques.
• Experience operating electrostatic spray equipment and curing ovens safely.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and perform basic measurements and mixing ratios.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on consistent finish quality and defect identification.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow work instructions.

• Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario.
• Pay: $20–$25 per hour.
• Shift: morning.
• Job type: temporary to full-time.
