Role description

Full-time forklift position in a busy North York bakery and cold-storage environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate Counterbalance, Walkie and Double Reach forklifts.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Move raw materials and finished goods through the facility.
  • Complete order picking and put-away using RF scanners.
  • Organize pallets and product locations.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections.
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse.
  • Work effectively in refrigerated and cold-storage conditions.

Qualifications

Skills and experience

  • Valid forklift licence and practical experience on Counterbalance, Walkie and Double Reach equipment.
  • At least two to three years of forklift operating experience.
  • Experience in cold or refrigerated environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
  • Strong safety awareness and accurate material handling.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

  • Pay: from $22 per hour.
  • Several shifts are currently available.
