Shipper-Receiver | Narrow-aisle Operator

Warehouse/distribution role supporting a new Mississauga branch in a narrow-aisle, high-bay environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving activities.
• Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Support inventory control and product verification.
• Operate an articulated narrow-aisle forklift in racking up to approximately 22 ft.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Verify parts and quantities.
• Use barcode scanners or a warehouse-management system for transactions.
• Support the startup of daily distribution operations.

Skills and experience

• At least two years of warehouse, shipping/receiving or industrial-distribution experience.
• Demonstrated experience operating an articulated narrow-aisle forklift in high-bay racking.
• Valid forklift certification or documented operator training applicable to the site equipment.
• Accurate order-picking, packing, receiving and inventory-control skills.
• Basic computer, email and data-entry skills; comfort with barcode scanners or WMS tools.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to safely handle up to 50 lb and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift when required.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.

• Location: Mississauga, Ontario.
• Pay: from $27 per hour.
• Shift: morning.
• Job type: temporary to full-time.
