AppleOne Canada is recruiting a permanent Shipper/Receiver in Mississauga for a daytime warehouse operation. The role coordinates daily shipping and receiving, storage, picking, staging and order preparation while also maintaining inventory accuracy, material flow and transportation coordination. It combines hands-on forklift work with administrative control of inventory, production scheduling and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, picking, staging and order-preparation activity.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Develop and maintain schedules aligned with orders and material availability.
• Operate a Counterbalance forklift to move, store and prepare equipment.
• Track inventory, create purchase orders and coordinate material flow and deliveries.
• Monitor quality-control completion, documentation, discrepancies, missing items and returns/defects.

• Counterbalance forklift certification and 1–2 years of operating experience.
• Strong Excel fundamentals and data-entry capability.
• Good understanding of inventory management.
• Ability to lift 50 lb continuously as stated in the posting.
• Ability to coordinate warehouse priorities, transportation and documentation accurately.
