Role overview

AppleOne Canada is recruiting a permanent Warehouse/Operations Manager in Mississauga. The manager is responsible for daily warehouse execution, inventory control, shipping/receiving and facility maintenance while leading staff performance, safety and process improvement. The role combines operational leadership with KPI management, WMS/ERP use, inventory discipline and continuous-improvement work aimed at reducing cost and improving throughput.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, shipping/receiving and facility maintenance.
• Lead, train, schedule and evaluate employees while maintaining safety/compliance.
• Track KPIs and identify performance gaps.
• Improve WMS/ERP workflows and inventory-control processes.
• Drive cost reduction, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate daily priorities to maintain service and throughput.

• 5–10 years of warehouse/logistics management experience.
• Strong people-leadership experience.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP, Microsoft Office and inventory control; Sage 300 is preferred.
• Forklift/Reach certification and knowledge of applicable safety regulations.
• Ability to manage operational priorities, performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
