Role overview

Arrow Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Support professional for a small Edmonton team. The role primarily handles inbound customer calls, creates and processes orders and provides accurate customer support while also assisting with inside-sales activities. The employee manages customer questions while entering information in company systems and is expected to maintain a calm, approachable and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

The representative handles approximately 30 inbound calls per day, answers order and product-related questions, enters and processes customer orders, supports positive sales/customer relationships and uses a headset while navigating multiple systems. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, clear communication, strong listening and collaboration with a small operational team.

• Previous customer service, call-centre, order-processing or inside-sales support experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, clear and professional telephone manner.
• Strong computer, email, typing and data-entry capability.
• Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and entering information.
• Strong attention to detail and order-processing accuracy.
• Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance.
• Comfort working within a small team and diverse customer base.
