Role description
Design-management leadership role with a globally recognized architecture and design practice. The manager guides complex projects from early design through construction and delivery, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages schedules, budgets, scope and staffing plans, maintains client relationships and supports internal reporting and business development.
Qualifications
• 10–20 years in architecture or interior-design project delivery.
• Accredited degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Full project-lifecycle experience including construction administration.
• Proven multidisciplinary-team leadership and mentoring.
• Experience negotiating scope, schedules and budgets.
• Strong building-code, construction-process and technical-documentation knowledge.
Additional information
Full-time role available in Toronto or Vancouver with 4 days per week in office. No fixed compensation is published on the current page. Axis advertises a $500 successful-hire referral bonus after 3 months.
