Role description
Senior consulting role leading building-code and accessibility reviews for commercial projects across the Greater Toronto Area. The consultant prepares reports and interpretation letters, reviews drawings, manages timelines and client communication, conducts site visits, supports BCIN stamping and mentors less-experienced staff.
Qualifications
The current source contains an obvious copy/paste error in its “Must-haves” section: it lists accounts-payable requirements unrelated to this building-code role. RBB does not reproduce those erroneous requirements.
Source-aligned relevant assets include P.Eng, BCIN credentials (Large/Complex and/or Small Buildings), RHFAC, interior-design or architectural-technology background, budgeting familiarity and RFP/proposal experience.
Additional information
