Role description
Construction-site leadership role for an employee-owned general contractor delivering ICI and multi-unit residential projects. Responsibilities clearly match a site superintendent: planning and controlling construction, directing field activity, running safety programs, mobilizing sites, coordinating trades and inspections, managing schedules, materials, budgets and site documentation.
Qualifications
• Strong construction-site leadership and trade coordination experience.
• Experience with ICI and/or multi-unit residential construction.
• Ability to manage safety, schedules, contract documents, inspections and subcontractors.
• Experience controlling project costs and preparing site/job reports.
• Gold Seal, LEED or related construction credentials are assets where indicated by the source.
Additional information
Full-time hybrid role in Toronto. Source-quality note: one paragraph inside the page calls the role “Senior Project Coordinator,” but the page heading and detailed responsibilities describe a Site Superintendent. RBB preserves the official title and documents the inconsistency. No salary is published. The page includes Axis’s $500 referral bonus after 3 months.
