Role description
Senior interior-design role leading full custom-home projects from concept through final staging. The designer serves as a primary client and contractor contact, translates briefs into practical design solutions, oversees junior design work and manages fixtures, finishes, furnishings, documentation and studio standards.
Qualifications
• Proven end-to-end residential interior-design project leadership.
• Strong client-facing, organizational and process-management skills.
• CAD and SketchUp proficiency.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for site/client visits.
• Ability to work independently and guide a junior team member.
• V-Ray and construction-documentation experience are assets.
Additional information
Full-time hybrid role in Etobicoke / Greater Toronto Area, approximately 50% office and 50% remote. Published annual range: $75,000–$100,000, or equivalent hourly rate for contract arrangements; currency is not explicitly stated.
