Role description
Intermediate interior-design role in a Toronto studio working across residential and commercial interiors. The designer leads projects from preliminary design through documentation, implementation and completion, participates in client meetings, develops space plans and FF&E packages, manages contract documents and maintains client relationships.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of professional interior-design experience.
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency; SketchUp familiarity.
• Understanding of shop drawings, product cut sheets and installation manuals.
• Knowledge of building codes, technical standards and construction practices.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and able to commute reliably to the Toronto office.
Additional information
Full-time in-office role in Toronto. No fixed salary is published. Current Axis page includes the $500 successful-hire referral bonus after 3 months.
