Role description
Intermediate landscape-architecture role in a recognized Dundas studio. The person supports design consistency from concept through construction completion, prepares detailed working-drawing and construction-document packages, manages multiple projects, creates presentation/rendering material, maintains client relationships, guides junior staff and conducts site reviews.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of professional landscape-design experience, with detailed Northern-climate construction knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, or relevant college diploma.
• OALA accreditation or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Lumion.
• Strong construction-method and plant-material knowledge.
• Must live within approximately one hour of Dundas for the in-office schedule.
Additional information
Full-time in-person role in Dundas, Ontario. Published compensation: CAD 80,000–120,000 plus 3 weeks vacation. Axis advertises a $500 successful-hire referral bonus after 3 months.
