Role description
Remote Ontario architecture role focused on wood-frame multi-family residential development. The licensed architect independently leads complete drawing production from schematic design through design development and permit-ready construction-document sets, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and construction details in Revit.
The role brings architectural production in-house, coordinates drawings with development budgets, schedules and construction methods, and ensures permit packages comply with the Ontario Building Code across infill and small-tract multifamily projects.
Qualifications
• Licensed architect with OAA standing and Certificate of Practice where required by the source.
• Strong experience with wood-frame multi-family residential projects.
• Revit proficiency.
• Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and permit/construction-document production.
• Ability to coordinate consultants and technical deliverables independently.
Additional information
