Project Accountant

Finance role within a growing design firm. Although the public page heading is “Project Accountant,” the body describes an Accounts Payable Specialist responsible for vendor invoices, project-based payables, approvals, reconciliations and financial records.

The person coordinates with project principals and finance leadership, manages invoice coding and payment tracking, resolves discrepancies and supports project-accounting workflows in a remote finance team.
