Role description
Senior architecture/project-delivery role overseeing commercial, retail and industrial projects. The manager leads client relationships, coordinates teams and consultants, manages project scope, budgets and schedules, and supports work through design, documentation, construction administration and delivery.
Qualifications
• Extensive architectural/project-management experience, approximately 15+ years per the public source.
• Experience delivering commercial, retail or industrial projects.
• Strong client, consultant and multidisciplinary-team leadership.
• Knowledge of building codes, technical documentation and contract administration.
• Ability to control scope, schedule, budget and project risk.
