Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

Role overview

Career Connections Canada is recruiting a bilingual French/English customer-service professional in Etobicoke for an electrical-power-distribution and industrial-services environment. The underlying role is described as a Service Coordinator/CSR and serves as the commercial link among customers, product lines, field technicians/engineers and internal teams while regional project orders are executed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer advocate and communicate priorities to operational teams.
• Coordinate project orders and provide updates on schedules, expediting, changes, logistics and financial matters.
• Work with field service technicians, engineers, contracts teams and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage high-volume customer communication by phone and email.
• Escalate issues when required and support continuous-improvement, Lean and 5S initiatives.
• Help improve workflow, material movement, efficiency and service quality while respecting health-and-safety requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is required by the application questions.
• French and English bilingualism required.
• Strong customer-service, communication, organization and problem-solving capability.
• Minimum two years of customer service; posting also requests four years in its application questions.
• Strong computer/typing skills and ability to manage high volumes of orders, calls and messages.
• Industrial/electrical knowledge and Microsoft Office experience are preferred.
