Role overview
Finance leadership role supporting a property-management organization and the transition of finance capability in-house. The mandate combines accounting operations, reporting, controls, systems and business support.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day accounting and financial-reporting processes.
- Strengthen controls, reconciliations and reporting accuracy.
- Support the transition and development of an in-house finance function.
- Use property-management/ERP systems such as Yardi to support accounting workflows.
- Build practical administrative and financial infrastructure as the organization grows.
- Partner with management on financial information, process improvement and decision support.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- CPA designation or comparable senior accounting background.
- Strong financial-reporting and controls experience.
- Property-management accounting experience is highly relevant.
- Experience with Yardi or comparable ERP/property-management systems is valuable.
- Hands-on ability to improve processes while maintaining reliable day-to-day operations.

Compensation
Public compensation range identified on the official opportunity: CAD 115,000–125,000.
