Role overview

Newly created executive role responsible for integrating Engineering, PMO, Procurement, Supply Chain and Production as Raymond EMC scales from a founder-led engineering-to-order organization into a broader multi-site North American business.

Key responsibilities

• Build the operating discipline needed to deliver customer commitments safely, profitably and predictably.
• Integrate engineering, project management, procurement, supply chain and production.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning to align demand, engineering capacity, procurement, production and financial expectations.
• Improve operating rhythm, decision-making, accountability and cross-functional alignment.
• Support multi-site operations and cross-border delivery without adding unnecessary complexity.
• Strengthen leadership capability across operations and mentor functional leaders.
• Anticipate capacity constraints and operational risks as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Senior enterprise leadership experience in complex Engineer-to-Order environments.
• Engineering foundation and credibility with technical teams.
• Experience leading complex P&Ls and improving operational performance.
• Track record building processes and leadership capability for growth.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
• Practical leadership style that develops autonomous, accountable teams.

Raymond EMC designs and manufactures secure infrastructure, EMC testing solutions, RF-shielded systems and mission-critical facilities for defence, government, medical and aerospace clients.
