Freshslice Pizza is hiring Team Members for its Victoria locations, including stores on Government Street, Fort Street and Douglas Street.

This is a hands-on restaurant role combining customer service, food preparation and daily store support. Team Members prepare pizzas and other menu items to Freshslice standards, maintain ingredient and supply levels, complete prep work, keep work areas clean, provide product samples when required and operate the cash register.

The role is designed for someone who can work cooperatively in a busy restaurant environment, communicate clearly with customers and coworkers, follow operating and training systems, and help keep service organized throughout the shift.

Restaurant or kitchen experience is required in the current posting, with pizza-making experience preferred. Freshslice also lists customer-service and cash-register experience, strong verbal and interpersonal communication, teamwork and organizational skills. Applicants must be comfortable with the scheduling needs of the location, including late or overnight shifts when required. The posting lists one year of restaurant experience as required and one year of pizza experience as preferred.
