Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview

A global job-search technology platform is building an AI-native product and is seeking a senior/founding full-stack engineer to take technical ownership through shipping, scale and team growth. The role spans Python/FastAPI/Postgres backend systems and a new customer-facing frontend, with strong emphasis on agentic AI workflows, evaluation, product dashboards and making automated decisions understandable to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own the product surface from backend routers/services through frontend experiences.
• Define coding-agent workflows, repository conventions and review practices.
• Select and establish the frontend stack and engineering patterns.
• Build AI-native features that expose LLM decisions, evaluation and rationale.
• Create dashboards and workflows for hiring pipelines, manager tasks and impact metrics.
• Write production Python and orchestrated workflows and ship rapidly from concept to users.

• Senior full-stack engineering experience with strong product ownership.
• Production Python, APIs, Postgres and modern frontend capability.
• Hands-on LLM/agentic AI experience and understanding of evaluation/observability.
• Ability to design systems and team workflows in an AI-assisted engineering environment.
• Strong judgment about scope, architecture and user-facing explainability.
