About the opportunity

HR Craft is recruiting a general labourer for a fencing and deck company. The role supports outdoor installation, repair and maintenance projects and involves hands-on work with materials, tools and job-site preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with fence and deck installation and repair.
• Prepare work areas and remove obstacles or hazards.
• Load and unload materials and tools.
• Dig post holes and help set posts.
• Measure and cut materials to project specifications.
• Support assembly and construction activities.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
• Work collaboratively to complete projects efficiently.

Construction or related experience is an asset.
