ERP Systems Analyst - Microsoft NAV / Business Central

Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. is searching for an ERP Systems Analyst to join the technology team of an established and growing manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will become the internal subject-matter expert for Microsoft NAV / Business Central and will play an important role in user enablement, system evolution and business-process improvement.

Mandate

The position combines ERP administration, requirements analysis, configuration, integrations, data quality and business analytics. The analyst will work across departments to ensure the system remains effective, secure and aligned with operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the internal subject-matter expert for Microsoft NAV / Business Central.
• Analyze user requirements and configure system enhancements.
• Support integrations, data quality and process effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement through the ERP environment.
• Extract, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Promote strong practices in data visualization and analytics.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Strong Power BI development, reporting and data-analysis capabilities.
• Experience translating business requirements into ERP configuration or process improvements.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly valued.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, network systems, cloud technologies or general IT infrastructure is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to continuous system and process improvement.

Conditions et rémunération

• Full-time, on-site position. KEC explicitly states that this is not a remote or hybrid role.
• KEC lists Georgetown, Guelph and Milton as relevant locations for the search; the NPAworldwide version identifies Guelph.
• Target salary: CAD 90,000–100,000 per year.
