Leading Edge National Staffing is recruiting Forklift Operators for a paint-shop / cross-dock environment in Mississauga. The permanent full-time afternoon role is built around safe forklift operation and warehouse movement in a production and logistics setting.

The employer is specifically seeking experienced operators rather than entry-level candidates and advertises overtime availability and a benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely in a cross-dock and warehouse environment.
• Support movement and handling of materials for paint-shop operations.
• Work the afternoon shift from approximately 3:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
• Follow warehouse and equipment-safety procedures.
• Maintain reliable productivity in a fast-moving material-handling environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of forklift and cross-dock experience.
• At least two years of forklift-operator experience is required by the posting.
• Valid forklift licence is required.
• Clean criminal record is required.
• Familiarity with warehouse-management systems or SAP is useful where applicable.
• Strong organization and safe material-handling practices.

Position details

• Permanent full-time position in Mississauga, Ontario.
• Afternoon schedule: approximately 3:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m.
• Public pay: from CAD 23 per hour, with overtime often available.
