Contracts Manager

Role overview

NES Fircroft is recruiting a Contracts Manager in Edmonton to support procurement and commercial contracting activity. The role manages agreements through sourcing, negotiation, execution and ongoing administration and works closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to control commercial risk and support efficient procure-to-pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing and contracting strategies for assigned categories or projects.
• Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate contract drafting and execution.
• Administer agreements, obligations, changes and supplier performance.
• Support procurement-to-pay processes and resolve commercial or documentation issues.
• Partner with legal, finance, operations and project teams on contract governance and risk.

• Strong contracts, procurement or commercial-management experience.
• Experience negotiating and administering complex supplier agreements.
• Knowledge of sourcing, procurement governance and procure-to-pay processes.
• Strong stakeholder communication and commercial judgment.
• Ability to work in the Edmonton assignment environment.
