Production Admin and General Labour

Role overview

Nova Staffing is recruiting a full-time Production Administration and General Labour employee for a Woodbridge manufacturing environment. The role combines shop-floor support with production records and compliance administration. Responsibilities include updating production data and scrap tracking, maintaining compliance logs and filing safety, quality, performance and continuous-improvement training records so that operational documentation remains accurate and current.

Administrative and floor support

The employee also counts regrind and tooling inventory, maintains material-handling-equipment and caddy checklists, updates overtime tracking and the OSDP skills matrix, maintains 5S visual boards and distributes SOPs, one-point lessons, memos, work instructions and health-and-safety or production communications. The position follows site safety policies and supports other production/general-labour tasks as assigned.

• Ability to perform a mix of administrative and physical production tasks.
• Comfort standing and walking regularly and stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling as required.
• Ability to lift up to approximately 25 lb as specified by the posting.
• Attention to detail for production, training, safety and compliance records.
• Ability to follow manufacturing procedures and communicate operational information accurately.
