Role overview

Nova Staffing is recruiting a Warehouse Order Picker / production packager for a Concord manufacturing operation handling aluminum siding products. The employee packages finished siding to company standards, moves boxes onto production beds or conveyors and checks products for quality and accuracy before packaging. The role supports material flow through the production environment and requires consistent attention to both output and safe handling.

Production support

Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe work area, following workplace safety procedures and assisting with additional production duties as required. The work is repetitive and physical and is suited to someone comfortable standing for extended periods and maintaining efficient, accurate packaging output.

• Ability to lift and carry up to approximately 40 lb; application questions also ask about 50 lb capacity.

• Strong attention to detail and efficient work habits.
• Dependability, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to follow workplace safety requirements.
